Ms. Helmick is an accomplished professional with a unique portfolio of experience encompassing both the legal and practical aspects of real estate transactions. Her high level of expertise is utilized through market research, sales negotiations, contract and lease drafting, zoning code research and federal statutory compliance review. These tasks are integral for EDT-Development's site selection and contract preparation process as she manages multiple public and private development projects. Ms. Helmick also serves as a liaison between EDT’s many divisions and acts as a single point of contact for our federal development clients from initial RFP on through facility turnover. This ensures smooth communication and a high level of quality control for all of EDT’s federal projects.
